Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, organisation, work email address, optional telephone number, enquiry category and message. We also record that you accepted this notice. When you visit the website or submit the form, our website, analytics and security providers may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages visited, referring page and the date and time of your request.
How and why we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, route it to the appropriate ECDSIC or Citeel contact, continue related business communication and take steps you request before a possible partnership or other business relationship. We process form submissions with your consent and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. We use limited technical information to operate, secure and improve the website, prevent spam and abuse, understand aggregate website usage and meet applicable obligations. We do this where necessary for our legitimate interests in running a secure and effective website or to comply with a legal obligation.
Service providers and recipients
We share personal data only where needed to handle your enquiry or operate the website. Recipients may include relevant ECDSIC and Citeel team members and trusted providers that host the website, deliver form submissions and email, provide privacy-focused website analytics, or protect the form from automated abuse. These providers include Vercel, Covalit and Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not sell your personal data or use it for behavioural advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Analytics, cookies and security checks
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website traffic in aggregate. It does not use third-party cookies and is designed not to associate page-view data with an identifiable visitor. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser and device and may use cookies when needed to provide its security service.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers operate internationally. If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the provider’s applicable transfer safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage the related relationship and maintain appropriate business records. We may retain limited information for longer where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute. Technical and analytics information is retained according to the relevant service provider’s retention settings and schedules.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your personal data or request that it be corrected, deleted, restricted or provided in a portable format. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. To make a request, email info@ecdsic.com.
